I was sent a new surge due to the battery life not lasting on my 2 week old one. However it won't update so i can actually use the new one. I've gone through all the steps but it just say's update failed.
I've tried on my laptop (windows 10 app) Iphone 6 all of the softwear is up to date. Any idea on how to fix it?

It's great to see you around @HelpMe1993. Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. If you haven't tried this, I recommend restarting your Surge by following @MeylinP's instructions. After the restart process, please confirm you are doing the following from your iOS Fitbit app:
1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Account tab.
2. Tap Set Up a Device.
3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.
