Trying to change the band on my fitbit surge but 3 of the 4 screws are stripped. I have tried the rubber band trick and it did not work. Any suggestions? It is not under warranty.

Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your Surge. Although I know that you can find good deals to change the band, those are not from the original product so we can't assure they will work; instead I'd recommend checking with Support team. I've requested a new case on your behalf. You should soon receive an email from them  at the email you used to register with the Community forums.
