Surge not responding...

Hi... just got a replacement surge in the mail today!! Followed the instructions to install a new device... it's now stuck on the settings screen can't restart it can't select any options, won't swipe screens... any ideas. Now have 2 usless fitbits...

If your Surge is not connecting we need to check the syncing requirements and compatibility of your device. Then you can try to restart your Surge and follow these suggestions. You mentioned that you've tried some steps before to connect it. What have you tried?

 

I'm sure you did a great job with that, is just that I need to confirm to know what else we can try.
