The Resting Heart rate displayed on my computer dashboard is always 1 higher than what is displayed on my iPhone app.

Same with the android app. Annoying isn't it. There are other discrepancies too.

Hello there @chris2121 and @SteveOvergard! This is really interesting, I'd like to know if you're still getting this discrepancy. If that is the case, I recommend making sure you're running the latest app version. If you can force quit your app, that would be great. @chris2121 Please share with me what other discrepancies are you getting.
See you soon!

un-interesting answer, and not the 1st time it's warned.
that's true since i use a Surge.
iOS, Androïd and Windows Phone are always 1 hrm lower than dashboard.

Yes it still does it. It can be one or 2 bpm different. Higher on the PC dashboard than the phone. Yes always on the latest version of the app and frequently restarted.
I've noticed a number of other 'issues' that are probably down to rounding in the calculations. Just a shame that fitbit can't be consistent in their calculations across different devices. But in the scheme of things considering all the other much more serious problems with the Surge this one is no big deal.

I just checked the computer display of resting heart rate and the display on my iphone. The data is not the same and the graphs are not even in the same shape. The two sets of data are in the same general range.
