My surge is tracking my heart rate but won't calculate my resting heart rate. Any advice? I have turned Bluetooth on and off, restarted my tracker and refreshed the app already.

I did not mention this before but Syncing has been an ongoing problem sometimes I have to do a manual sync 3-4 times before it works. Been going on for the last 6 weeks or so?

Hello @Harry  and @Chrisb7! I'm glad to know that your Heart rate is more consistent now. Thanks so much for working on this.

@rookierunnr and @Harry! In order to resolve your syncing issues, you can easily start with a good restart. After trying this, proceed with setting up your tracker as a new device by doing the following:

iOS:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Account tab.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.

Android

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the menu icon in the top left corner.
  2. Tap Devices.
  3. Tap the + icon in the top right corner.

Keep me posted!

  1. If you're replacing a tracker, tap the tracker you want to replace. If you're setting up a new tracker, tap Add a new Device.
  2. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.
