Screen Light stopped working

My fitbit Surge screen no longer lights up. I wear it pretty much 24/7 and I haven't dropped it or anything.

I dont suppose there is a way to fix this?

Has it happened to anyone else?

Hi, @techgirl25, I haven't actually heard of this, but if you are having a problem with your Fitbit it is always worth giving it a restart.  After that, if it doesn't work it is best to get in touch with Customer Support (contact.fitbit.com) and they will talk you through your options.

Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android
