Please keep in mind that the Fitbit Surge is designed to operate at temperatures from -4° to 113° F. If the temperature is exceeding the 113, behavior like this is expected.

 

My question in this case would be, is the tracker getting hot on its own or is it because of the environment's temperature?

Hi I only have to ware it for 5 mins or so and the screen goes blank I can not use at the moment
Do you know if there is somewhere I can get it repaired
