I've only had my Surge for 3 months and about 1 month ago, the screen started to show condensation inside the screen when I run, walk or cycle outside.
It would appear, having looked at reviews elsewhere on the internet, that this is a common problem with the Surge, maybe due to the integrated strap/watch face.
it is not a cheap watch and would not expect such a design flaw, so if there's anyone that can help with my problem, as there seems to be no 'quick-fix', watch replacement appears the only solution....

Thank you @YojanaFitbit, unfortunately the solution advised by the customer support will not rectify the problem, as its moisture inside the screen it means that the seal is defective, so will happen continuously. For a £160 watch, I shouldn't have to put the watch in a bowl of rice for 24hrs every time the atmosphere humidity/temperature changes.
Thanks for your assistance

Fitbit should replace it under warranty if it's only 3 months old. However they have discontinued the surge so I would ask for a total refund and buy a different tracker.
