I have just set up my new surge, I have done the advanced time zone settings and synced my Surge. The time did update from what it was but it is still an hour behind. Is there anyway to manually set the time or did I do something wrong. On my app it says it synced successfully and that report shows the correct sync time it is just the display on the Surge itself that is incorrect. Suggestions? Thanks.

Yes both of those show the correct time for the time zone chosen.

Did you mean that you went to Advanced Settings in the app and turned Automatic time zone to ON (slider to the right)?
That's what it is in the Android app. If you have an iPhone then it may be different.
