Hi. I have given my Dad my old Surge and unpaired it from my phone (& set up my new one). He says the fitbit is still linked to my account so he can't set it up. Any advice please?

What device is dad using to sync through. He needs to be logged into his Fitbit account, then do an add device. Once this is done it will be connected to his account.
If the Surge does not show up in your account, it is not connected to yours.
Why does he say it is still connected to your account.

Thanks for your reply. I'm not sure as trying to sort this via text messages whilst at work! I will have a look at it in person this evening and try and see what the issue is.

Hope you're doing well @Redbear21 and welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thank you very much @Rich_Laue for your good suggestion. Indeed, if the Fitbit Surge is not paired to your account it should pair to your father's account with no problem.
