Surge falling apart

I have a fitbit surge for about 6 months and it's falling apart. The band has opened from the top of the watch it looks horrible. I'm so sad that I spend 249 plus tax for something that is falling apart 😞

As you're still within warranty why not contact customer support and see if they can help:

If it's not your fault then you should be able to get a replacement.
