I live in the Philippines and my brother just shipped me a surge and I downloaded the app but it won't let me create an account and so I went online created the account and now I can login. It keeps telling me account creating problem or when I try to login it tells me some other problem. What should I do

A warm welcome to the Community @Acw85. Are you receiving any type of error at the moment of creating your account? If you are, please provide me with a screenshot. In the meantime, I recommend getting in touch directly with our support team and ask the advocate to delete the accounts created so you can create a new one without an inconvenience. For a faster response you can contact them via chat.
