Surge does not charge

My surge came with no battery and it's not charging! Application says battery's empty and I cannot update my Surge to start using it! Help

I have tried all of those things. No solution seems to be working ! The charger is fine too as it's working with another Surge ..

That doesn't sound good. As it says in that help file, perhaps it's time to contact customer support.
