Surge won't sync

Hi! I really need help. My surge won't sync. I did the troubleshooting before and it worked. I noticed the problem since I've updated my IOS. I updated to iOS10 recently hoping the problem will be fixed. I removed my surge from my account and tried reinstalling but nothing is working. ;( pls help.

I've been having the same problem with my surge. It's driving me nuts!!!

Hi @SweetsByCha - You say that you've done troubleshooting, but don't mention what troubleshooting. Have you gone through the steps in the help article below?:

Hi 🙂 thank you so much for all your replies. Yes, I've done that troubleshooting... Again and again. I even asked my brother to do it for me last night (just to be sure I'm doing everything right). My app can't detect my bluetooth. Now, I can't reinstall my fitbit surge back on the app. I'm kinda losing hope on this.

@SweetsByCha That's definitely strange, thanks for doing all those steps. I would suggest you contact our friends at customer support so they can take a closer look at what's going on. Be sure to mention all the troubleshoots you've gone through.
