Just bought Surge on Sunday. After fully charge, it last only 1 day and show low battery. I charged again on Monday Nighg and turn off all day sync, display auto, heart rate auto, and no notification for call and message. This morning (wed) battery already gone half. Can I return and change product?

you better contact Fitbit support directly, this is a forum, mostly people help out other people giving tips and advices, Fitbit moderators having the whole Fitbit knowledge are able to provide people with precious tips, but for matters like yours, only the official Customer Support is able to answer.
Having bought the product only Sunday, probably either the shop is able to replace it right away or Fitbit will send you a replacement if you contact them.
