Please note that Fitbit doesn't have an upgrade program and the warranty only allows to replace with the same model of tracker. @WendyB it's great to have you here! 🙂

Hello @Hillhome welcome to the Fitbit Community! 🙂 Thanks for sharing your experience with customer support. My favorite tracker is the Blaze 🙂 I like the Surge and the GPS on the tracker but the display and removable wristbands of the Blaze stole my heart.
