Sleep

It's Sunday evening and I am ready to go to bed however on my dash it's says I have slept 8 hours 23 mins !!! I have checked the time is set to the correct country. I live in the uk and have recently been to San Francisco when I returned my sleep has been wrong. How do I put this right ???

We're happy to have you here @West41! It seems you're having issues with your timezone. Since I noticed that you wrote from an iOS, I think the following will help. 

 

 

1. Double tap the home button on your iOS device. Your open apps will show on your device's screen.
2. Close the Fitbit app by swiping the app image in an upward motion.
3. Open the Settings app from your iPhone home screen.
4. Tap "General."
5. Tap "Date & Time."
6. Ensure that "Set Automatically" is ON.
7. Reopen the Fitbit app. The issue should now be resolved.
