I have the Smart track ignored and it still shows up on my dashboard. When I bike I use the bike feature and don't want the smart track on. I think I have it set up right in my settings but it keeps showing up. Any tips?

Thanks for replying. Yes i have set all automatically recorded exercises to "ignore." When I ride my bike I use the bike mode and after riding I have two rides show up on my dashboard. I have to delete one or I have double "stats' such as calories burned etc.

This is very weird my friend @card
! I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support directly, so they can take a look into your Fitbit account and see what's going on here.
Let us know what was the outcome, I really wanna know it!
