Smart track ignored

I have the Smart track ignored and it still shows up on my dashboard. When I bike I use the bike feature and don't want the smart track on. I think I have it set up right in my settings but it keeps showing up. Any tips?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @card, hope you're doing great today! Would you mind to confirm you did the following to deactivate SmartTrack?:

  1. Log into your fitbit.com dashboard and click the gear icon in the top right corner.
  2. Click Settings > Devices. If you have more than one tracker, choose the one that supports SmartTrack.
  3. Find and modify the option for automatically recorded exercises.

Awaiting for you my friend!

Thanks for replying. Yes i have set all automatically recorded exercises to "ignore."  When I ride my bike I use the bike mode and after riding I have two rides show up on my dashboard. I have to delete one or I have double "stats' such as calories burned etc.

This is very weird my friend @card Smiley Frustrated! I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support directly, so they can take a look into your Fitbit account and see what's going on here.

Let us know what was the outcome, I really wanna know it!
