Snapping wristband

I bought my fitbit surge off ebay, it was brand new just a replacement 1. I've only had it 3 weeks and the straps where the screws are have all snapped. I've phoned fitbit up and because they class it secondhand they will not do anything about it. It's quite clearly a design fault and yet they won't admit to it. Absolutely shocking!!! Not happy one little bit😠

@Jem1972, when you buy your tracker second hand, that's a risk you run into. I would suggest getting back in touch with the seller and seeing if there's anything they can do for you. Sometimes you have certain protections through your credit card, too.
