Steps and BPM not registering

Fully charge, recorded yesterday and doesn't work today. Shutdown twice and still.not working surge dominant

Welcome to the Community @Vanessa111. It's weird to hear that your tracker is not responding. I recommend Restarting your Surge by following @MeylinP's instructions. After this procedure your tracker should illuminate and respond.
