What's the problem with my surge even if I clap the steps are counting is it problem with the watch I am an athlete I won't to avoid this unnecessary counting steps

You can change the sensitivity like I wear mine on my Dominant wrist but I have the settings set to Non Dominant
But wrist trackers will pick up false steps when your arms are moving.

@WendyB I wear in non dominant hand only and I have the same settings .... Pls give a correct reason because i can't just handle this false steps count I hope u give me a honest answer because now I feel like there is problem in my watch ...

Wrist models will count steps when moving your arms. I already stated that.
Maybe the One is a better model for you as it doesn't count a lot of false steps as it's not worn on the arm.
Even other brand wrist models will do the same.
I did give you an honest answer. Take it or leave it.

Also you should make sure your stride is set correctly under settings
