Stopped tracking exercise minutes

Last 3 workouts not counted as minutes on my app, steps were counted though, seems to be and app problem as the watch itself is working....used to work fine

Hi there @Roxie24, good to see you around. Are your referring to your Active minutes? or your total time of the exercise?

 

Note that if you are referring to Active Minutes it will depend of the intensity you re doing an exercise, since it wont math the total time of the activity, in some other cases it depend of the activity itself. Also  subtle differences in exertion may explain why two seemingly identical activities result in different active minute totals.

 

However you mentioned that on your tracker is working, so I recommend to review your Web-based Dashboard on your Activity History to see if your minutes are being counted.

 

If you believe the app is not working, try to Log out from the app and restart your device. Once it has loaded, log back in and try again.

Thanks, more frustration because I'm doing the same thing for three months and it's only recently stopped tracking some of my active minutes, but I will keep trying. Either way I know I am doing the work 🙂
