Strange shaped blue light on bottom left

Hello, when I touch the surge screen or I tilt it towards me so that it automatically lights up I see a blue circle on the bottom left, I have the watch face underside on the top of my wrist.... Is this blue circle just the display light shining through or it shouldn't be there.... I say it's a blue circle it's not totally circular....

I should also mention the strange shaped blue colour is black in the middle, like the rest of the display, so it's just the outer perimeter of the shape that is blue. Wish I could upload a photo to the site!

Interesting, @Pete_D, I haven't seen this before,  If you're still having issues with this light, I recommend a restart. In the meantime, I'd appreciate a lot if you share  picture with me about this issue.
