Strap is bubbling

My strap is bubbling... how can I replace the strap? Super disappointed!

Is that a Surge?

 

If so, you can't easily replace the strap as it wasn't designed to be replaced by users. If you are still within warranty though then fitbit will normally replace the entire fitbit. The warranty runs for 12 months (or 24 months if you are in Europe). If you are covered then you can contact them via:

 

contact.fitbit.com

 

If you are covered by warranty then you may want to look into 3rd part replacement options on Amazon, eBay etc but beware, these require some DIY skills.
