Stuck On Lets get Started

Stuck on Lets get started screen , and will not complete the update.

keeps saying battery is too low .

Indicator on ipad app says battery is half charged.

Had fitbit plugged into a computer all night .

Now plugged into wall charger .

When gets to full will try again. If it makes it.

Not at all keeps saying battery is not fully charged and at setup screen . I have plugged into several wall chargers and stuff .. Reset and done all the steps for trouble shooting.
