Hello @Angel-nz It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! as mentioned by @SunsetRunner you can contact Fitbit Customer support over email it might take up to 2 days to get a reply. The live chat option is available from 4:00AM Pacific Time through 8:00PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. On weekends from 6:00AM to 5:30PM PST.
