Hi
I have a small black Fitbit surge . I like it but it feels too tight on the wrist . I want to change it with a bigger band and preferably another color. How can I do that??

I'm sorry but you can't - the bands on the Surge are not replacable.

If purchased from Fitbit and having less than 45 days.. it may be possible to get a refund.. to be able to get one with a larger band.
