Surge Band falling Apart

I've had the Surge ever since the product came out with a preorder.  I love the watch, but the band is starting to fall apart.  Is there a good location that isn't Ebay where I can replace the band?  I can't afford a new watch yet, so I need to keep this one going till I can afford a new one.

I have a Surge that is only 2 years old and band is also coming apart. My battery has to be charged daily even with just using the minimum functions.  Is this normal? Is there a way to get a new battery for the Surge?

Good luck. My band fell apart after one year warranty up. Called no fix available was offered a 25% discount coupon. Fitbit can get lost I will buy Garmin.
