Surge Broke

I was very happy with my surge, I loved it. But just yesterday I went to the gym, and today when I put it on my screen was black. I turned it on and it lights up, but the screen has lights through it and it never shows anything other than a lit up grey screen with stripes and a little green light next to the screen. There appears to be condensation under my screen as well. I don't know if that might be the problem. I'm really sad because I really enjoyed my watch and liked it very much. Is there any way to get it repaired? I wouldn't mind paying for a repair I would just like my watch to work again.

Contact Fitbit about it it's probably still under warranty and you can get a new one for free

When you're having hardware issues with your Fitbit tracker, it's best to contact Customer Suppor as @Activegal mentioned. They will be more than glad to help you with that.
