It would good to have a option to follow road or trail route before setting out on a run. That would make GPS more accurate. is this possible.

I would think not.  Why?  The Surge doesn't have onboard maps like a GPS unit for a car.  All the Surge can do is to record the location fixes as it gets them based upon which satellites are available at any given moment.

It's nice to see you around @Peterfm! As @shipo mentioned, this option is not available at this moment for the Surge, though we appreciate the suggestion, you can take a moment a visit our Feature Suggestions board and place your idea there. Smiley Wink
