Well its now 13 months and 5 fitbit surges since I started this journey ( being a fitbit surge owner) and the last one just fell apart this morning. The watch band came unglued from the watch. Yes dispite the 2 microscope screws on the back of the watch band the main fastening system securing the band to the watch is GLUE. So far I have had buttons quite working, swipe screens stop swiping , screens go blank and now watch band falling off , as its over a year since my inital purchase i am not even going to try to have it replaced. Its just too bad as they have really nailed the app. Oh well Garmin here I come!
