Hi I have a Surge and I wanted to know if it is possible to replace the bracelet?

Mine is damage by I don’t know what friction, impact or whatever and want to replace by a new one and change for blue instead of the black color.

Again if it is possible, but I look under the watch and it is only 4 ‘torx’ screws so I don’t see why it should not, not very copmplicated to unscrewSurge Bracelet.JPG

Welcome to the forums @thierrycorbeil

There is no replacement band for the Surge. If it's still under warranty, you should get with customer support to see what options they may offer.

Hello Fitbit,

I bought the surge in may. I was very happy so far with this product but today the bracelet is broken. I tried to find a solution to replace it but I haven't found anything on the shop online. I can't imagine that for a product of this price you don't propose a solution!
