Hi I have a Surge and I wanted to know if it is possible to replace the bracelet?
Mine is damage by I don’t know what friction, impact or whatever and want to replace by a new one and change for blue instead of the black color.
Again if it is possible, but I look under the watch and it is only 4 ‘torx’ screws so I don’t see why it should not, not very copmplicated to unscrew

There is no replacement band for the Surge. If it's still under warranty, you should get with customer support to see what options they may offer.

Have an awesome weekend!
Hello Fitbit,
I bought the surge in may. I was very happy so far with this product but today the bracelet is broken. I tried to find a solution to replace it but I haven't found anything on the shop online. I can't imagine that for a product of this price you don't propose a solution!
