My surge was accurately tracking stairs when I walk up, however, it stopped doing so yesterday and a reset did not help. Any suggestions?

@Nianya Thanks for stopping by! I will recommend to do the restart one more time. Remember that your tracker will register one floor when you climb about ten feet at one time. It will not register floors when you go down.

Another thing you can do is to clean the altimeter, which is the sensor that counts the floors you climb. It is that little hole that is located below the home button on your Surge (the single button that is on the left side). Sometimes it gets dirty or blocked by dust or sweat, so make sure to give it a clean with a toothpick or something similar.

You can also turn off the Surge on the tracker's settings and turn it back on to see if that makes a difference towards floor count.

Try that out and let me know how it goes!  Smiley Very Happy
