Sorry about your Fitbit Surge not responding! I would suggest performing a hard restart to help your little buddy. It might be stuck, as the battery usually takes longer to drain out. After doing this, please charge it again and sync your Fitbit to check the battery level on the App. ![]()
If this is the first time that your Surge is having that issue, you can test it out for the week, in this happens to often; it'd be better to contact our Support Team to further investigate.
