Surge Reset at Noon

My surge apparently reset itself at noon today.  I had gone for a 3-1/2 mile walk in the morning and it synced with the app afterwards and was showing the correct steps.  I happened to notice on the dashboard around 2:45 p.m. that the steps had dropped to around 500.  I checked and the display indicated the correct hour and minutes reading but without an am/pm indicator I couldn't tell if it was 12 hours off or not.  I verified that my time zone was set correctly.  I have since tried a reset of the Surge but won't know the results of that until tomorrow.  Has anyone else experienced this problem and can shed some light on the cause and how to prevent future occurrences?

Oops!  I meant 12:45 pm not 2:45.

Welcome to our Community @cfijdman! Thanks for joining us! Smiley HappyI'd like to know if the restart worked? I believe your tracker experienced a hardware issue but the restart should do the trick on this one. Make sure you restart your tracker correctly by following the steps provided in this thread.

Keep me posted! Smiley Happy
