The buckle from my Surge broke off today, and i can't find it. so this is not safe to wear as it now can fall off easily. Also the strap is slip and keep popping off the screws at the back,

can i get it fix or get a replacment, this was a gift 1 year ago??

Thanks

Hi, @Karon1, if your Fitbit was purchased in Europe there is a 2 year warranty and you should get in touch with Customer Support (contact.fitbit.com).  If you get in touch by email it is helpful if you provide a photo of the physical damage to your Surge.  Also let them know that this was a gift.

If the Fitbit was purchased in most other parts of the world the warranty is likely to be one year.  In that case they are unlikely to send you a replacement.  However, you should still get in touch, as I believe they are often able to offer loyal customers a discount on a new Fitbit.

Good luck and keep us posted.  Welcome to the forums!
