Surge Warranty

I am on my third Surge since May of 2016. Each one has the same defect; wristband peels away from watch. Fitbit has twice replaced the tracker. Now the third one, which they sent as a replacement in Oct 2017, is peeling away and looks ridiculous.  Customer Service says the warranty started in May of 2016 so they aren't standing behind the latest replacement. I simply want a tracker that's not a Surge and feel Fitbit should provide that after going 0 for 3 w/ me on this device.  Really disappointed in the tracker and the company.  So excited to get the first one and get in on challenges...supposed to get an email from supervisor in 2 days. We'll see...

Hi @HokaHey86. So sorry for the issues you’re having with the Surge band. The newer Fitbit devices have replaceable bands. Makes things much easier.
