Surge Watch face not scratch resistant?

I've read on many different websites that the watchface in the surge is made of gorilla glass. Today I woke up to a deep gouge in the middle of my watchface. From what i've researched, this shouldn't exactly happen. What have you guys found?

Welcome to the Forums @tg30. It's weird to hear that your tracker's display is now kind of broke. In this case, I recommend contacting directly our support team, I know they will be glad to help you out. For a faster response you can contact them via phone or chat.

Catch you later. Woman Happy

It should not scratch that bad. You can buy a screen protector for the next one

This is what I use

Hey there @tg30! As you mentioned gorilla glass screens are very reliable, it's very similar to the phones' screens. Have you contact support already? It'd be a really good idea to report this incident to them so they can give you hand with that! Smiley Wink

Thank you @WendyB, that's a really good suggestion! Smiley Very Happy
