Surge Won’t Turn On

I hadn’t used my surge in a while because my band broke but I started it up today.  It says it is fully charged but when I disconnect from the charger it won’t turn on.  I tried resetting it multiple times.  Is it possible it needs to charge longer since it has been a bit since I used it last?

When not using it for a while the battery drains it self so it not usable
