Hi, my daughter received a Fitbit surge as birthday gift last year, unfortunately the wristband damage after 4 months, due to I don't have the receipt on hand, I have tried to order the wristband from ebay but found the quality so bad. I also tried to find on fitbit website, but also no such accessories. Would you let me know where can I buy the same quality one in Perth.

The Surge wasn't designed to have a replaceable band so fitbit do not make or sell them. The ones available on the likes of eBay require some DIY skills and tools. However, if the fitbit is only 4 months old it will still be covered by warranty. Even though you don't have the receipt I would contact customer support to see how they can help: contact.fitbit.com

People have reported that the Surge repair kit sold on Amazon works great .
It comes with everything needed .THere is company also sells a replacement battery.
As @SteveH has pointed out a simple band is not availible at all .
I 'noticed that their are several for sale on Amazon to repair the Surge.
