Surge broken strap

I am in Australia, my Fitbit Surge strap has broken. I have had it for around 18 months. How do I obtain a new strap and are they easy to fit? It looks difficult to me.

I just replaced mine with a band I purchased on Amazon. Etoper replacement band. Everything needed was included and it was very easy to do. It even came with a screen protector. I am very happy with it. My surge looks brand new

@SchulzC For the difficulty on the replacement, do a Youtube search for "Surge band replacement" that should answer your question. If it seems feasible then follow amark09's suggestion for Amazon and the Etoper replacement band. Good luck!
