My Fitbit surge is having some charging issues lately.
If dead and I plug it in, it says it has about 80% battery, but it still dies after a few minutes.
If I turn it on not plugged in, it will be at zero charge and stay there after being plugged in.
The charging icon always appears when plugged in, and regardless of how many times I sync my app always says it's fully charged.
I have the latest firmware also.
What do?
