Surge didn't save my spinning session

Hi...hope someone can help...I done a really intense spin class this afternoon and at one point I noticed my heart rate was 157...I synced my surge watch and checked my app and it hasn't recognised this session as an activity and the highest heart rate it measured was 130...feeling a bit deflated ☹️

Having you in the Forums is really a great honour! Indeed, all of us here are very excited to have new members! Heart

I'll do my best to help you with this @Gillo36! I'm not sure if you're using the option "Spinning" from the Surge options, which I think is the best of way to go when you're doing spinning. If so, I'd recommend to restart your Surge a couple of times and try it again! It might be that your Surge got stuck and it didn't record that session. Cheer up, keep in mind that you're doing a great job and need to be focused on your final goal! Woman Wink

If you wish you can manually log this session in your phone so you don't loose this stats. Open the Fitbit App > Tap on Track exercise (this tile has the picture of a little man running) > Tap on the stop watch > Log Previous.

Give it a shot and let me know if that works! Woman Very Happy
