My surge died. I tried plugging it in and the Fitbit arrow displayed, but quickly died. I’ve switched chargers and now there’s 2 tiny lines appear horizontally. I’ve cleaned the surge and still nothing.

I’ve just tried to charge my Surge after probably 4 years of not being used. When it’s plugged in it shows full battery and features are all working but as soon as not connected to power it shows nothing. Does this mean the battery is cactus?
