Surge doesn't count anything

My Fitbit Surge is about 1 year old and there were almost no problems with it, but today's morning I woke up and noticed that it doesn't count anything - I have all 0 in steps, calories, floors etc. Only a watch and BPM seem to work, the green lights are blinking as well.

I tried restarting it several times, but nothing changes - still zeroes everywhere. I didn't do any physical impact on it and it didn't get wet, so I have no clue what is wrong with it. Did anyone have this issue? Thanks in advance.

If you have done several restarts than I would Contact Support

@T-Rocksteady if you haven't tried a shutdown of the Surge please do try,, with un-responding hardware issues this could be the only fix. Select settings-shutdown- select and confirm.
