Surge exercise mode can't stop

I can not stop my surge in the exercise mode. Right bottom button not stopping or pausing the exercise mode

This is pretty odd! Please connect your Fitbit on the computer and while it is charging try to perform a restart, something you need to try that option more than once. If it is not working, let the battery to drain out completely and try the restart later on!

 

Please let me know if you encounter any error or message while trying to sync.
