Surge freezes up

This is the 2nd time my Surge has frozen up. The time stopped and I can't do anything with it. I charged it yesterday but it shows that it needs to be charged. I plugged in the charger but it's not working

Try a restart. Sometimes doing it a few times helps. You need to see the Version flash on the unit or it did not take.
