Surge: help with sync and battery

I love my surge but lately I've been having two issue with it. The battery barely lasts a day, I need to charge once or twice per day... and it will only sync after I have restarted blue tooth in both the watch and my phone. I have tried the trouble shooting and turning off/reinstalling all work too... But only for one sync immediately after. If I wait some time and try to sync again, no luck...

Welcome to the Forums @jlindsey316!  I have seen some instances where users are charging the device incorrectly; you should double check the charging instructions. Battery life is affected by various factors and settings. Take a look to the tips for preventing battery drain. Regarding the syncing issue, you should check out this article.
