Surge incorrect time

my surge shows the wrong time after been in the box for 7 days . recherged it but it is 6 hours behinf it will not syncronize.

Recharhing will ony charge the battery, to reset the time you'llneed to do a sync.

Hello @linta welcome to the FItbit Community! 🙂 I moved your post to the Surge board since it's more related to the topic. As @Rich_Laue mentioned once you sync your tracker the time will update. If you are having issues syncing please troubleshoot as instructed here
